As a person involved in pharmaceuticals and one who suffered from gut problems resulting in gall bladder removal, I thought I knew myself well. However having had a K-Test I found coffee was a red/ exclusion food.

This surprised me; I'd never considered coffee as a problem. So I stopped drinking it. I didn't feel any better for not having it, however I decided to reintroduce it a number of times, to see the reaction and I did really get a reaction. My symptoms were the same as those I can recall before blacking out at the wheel of my car after a busy coffee laden business meeting. As a result I had 70 stitches to my face and had to surrender my driving licence for a year on medical grounds as the doctors could not find a cause.

I still test and use the results to try and generally improve my diet. I wish I'd know about this some years ago!
